European Union 14 day cooling off period
For the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- Protective film (if applicable) must be intact and not removed
- Original packaging intact and undamaged
- Receipt or proof of purchase included

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
